Connection speed

You can check the connection speed using the service speedtest.net

Network bandwidth

It is possible that some of your software intensively uses network. How to check it:

Right-click on an empty space on the taskbar and select Task Manager

Alternatively, you can press Ctrl + Shitf + Esc

Click step 1 and 2 to show all apps in descending order of their network usage.

If any application starts creating load, you will see it right here.

Malware

Scan your device for malware (ads, blockers, etc.)

It's unlikely that you have a virus, but apart from viruses there is a whole family of malware that can be detected and removed by the AdwCleaner by Malwarebytes

No connection

You are connected to WiFi

Some devices can automatically disconnect from the WiFi network if a brief signal loss has taken place.

Check if your device is still connected to a wireless network.

You are connected by cable

Check if the cable connection is working. To do this, follow the steps depicted below:

If you see a message that the cable is not connected, inspect it for physical damage.

Try restarting the connection by right-clicking on it (lower right portion of the image) and selecting disconnect. Wait for a few seconds, then select enable

Cable is connected, WiFi is up, but still no Internet access

Before calling the support, you can check yourself whether your router receives access from the provider

To do this, find the network indicator on the router (the globe icon and its variations or the WLAN sign

Router lights

The indicator should light up or blink, if it is off - this indicates a problem on the provider's side. It's time to contact technical support at the number +38 (093) 463-77-77 or +38 (068) 510-77-77

If the router receives a network from the provider, but you still do not have access to the Internet, try to reboot the router.
